Beaulieu Park, Chelmsford, Essex

This 186 plot development for Countryside Partnerships in Chelmsford forms part of the wider Beaulieu masterplan of a new community to the north east of the city. BDG were instructed to produce the working drawings for Phase A, the second phase of the development to be constructed.

This modern, contemporary design of predominantly 3 storey dwellings included interesting brickwork detailing and prominent roofscapes with more traditional roofs and gables used in specific locations around the site to vary the street scenes.
